Bruner/Cott transformed a former dining hall at the University of Maine into the New Media and Visual Arts Center. This project includes a new addition to the existing building. The program features studio space for painting, drawing, 3D, photography and print making; as well as a black box theater, fabrication labs, and digital art and new media production spaces. Galleries, display and performance areas are incorporated throughout the complex.
