Lyle Lemon
Associate
Director of Digital Practice
As Bruner/Cott’s Director of Digital Practice, Lyle oversees CAD and BIM (business information modeling), where projects are brought to digital life to translate architectural vision into reality. But with his background as a furniture builder and cabinetmaker, you might just as well find him designing custom furniture for the functional and aesthetic needs of a challenging project as ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the design process.
Lyle brings 30 years of experience in the architectural industry, including several years at Mark Richey Woodworking. Using state-of-the-art technology to create architectural woodwork solutions strengthened his interest in the software for designing, documenting, and presenting architecture, especially for high-performance residential buildings.
Born in Germany and raised in Eritrea, New Jersey, Virginia and Michigan, Lyle now lives in Arlington, Massachusetts, where he enjoys canoeing, sailing, bicycling, and boatbuilding. He is passionate about wooden boats and is currently building a trailerable sailboat.
