Daniel Raih, AIA LEED AP
Daniel Raih has been a senior architect at Bruner Cott for over 35 years. The primary focus of his practice has been student life projects on College and University campuses. He has been responsible for major renovations, historic adaptations and signature new buildings at schools in the Eastern United States. These projects have included student centers and unions, campus dining operations, and conference facilities. Campuses where he has completed major projects include Vanderbilt, University of Chicago, University of Georgia, University of Massachusetts, Boston University, Dartmouth College, Harvard and MIT. Daniel is a practitioner and speaker on the benefits of LEAN project management methods.
In his work, he has successfully engaged students, staff, and operators in order to achieve inclusive design solutions which serve the campus mission and aspirations and provide lasting benefit to the students and the community they serve. He is committed to sustainable design and engineering, particularly within the challenges of designing large college dining facilities. Under his leadership Bruner Cott has secured LEED Gold and Silver certifications on several of these projects.
