B/C Partner + Principal, Jason Forney, FAIA, has been named to the National AIA Committee on Architecture for Education (CAE) Advisory Group for a 5-year team, including one term as chair!
The AIA Committee on Architecture for Education (CAE) aims to foster innovation in the design of educational facilities through collaboration and heighten public awareness on the importance of environments for education.
The CAE convenes architects, designers and allied professionals for interdisciplinary work: How to design, build and use educational, cultural and recreational facilities to meet the needs of students of all ages.
Jason has been the design leader on several of the firm’s most notable education projects, including the Living-certified R.W. Kern Center at Hampshire College, the Lunder Arts Center at Lesley University, and the Powerhouse at Amherst College. He is currently leading active projects at Amherst College, Colby College, the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and Wesleyan University.
