Institute for Global Citizenship Grand Opening

The Institute for Global Citizenship at Macalester College in St Paul, Minnesota also has its grand opening on May 20, 2009. There will be a special appearance by Nobel Prize winner Kofi Annan, former Secretary-General of the United Nations.
