Vanderbilt University is planning an ambitious building program to greatly expand student housing and campus services. The plan calls for nine new dormitories and an entirely new building to replace the 1959 Hill Center, the current dining commons. Bruner/Cott is proud to be designing the new mixed-use Peabody Hill Dining Center, which will include a 550-seat dining hall, servery, and production facility, as well as a student living center with exercise, art, and administrative spaces, and a 300-seat multi-purpose space. The 130,000 sf complex will also include several floors of office space for other university departments.
