These two new residence halls for Lesley University house 98 undergraduate students on a site that is part of the campus and Cambridge’s Aggasiz neighborhood. Bruner/Cott worked with the University, neighbor groups, and the City of Cambridge to develop a design that met Lesley’s housing goals and the neighborhood’s objectives for retail and street presence.

The main building is designed with Norman brick and clapboard, with retail space on the ground floor, an RA apartment, and multiple student lounges.

Both buildings were designed to LEED guidelines.
