Bruner/Cott & Associates is seeking qualified candidates to join our mid-sized practice in Cambridge, MA. Architect/Designer

Candidates should clearly demonstrate:

  • 5-7 years of design and project management experience  especially with construction documents and construction administration on large scale projects (college and university, food service/dining a plus)
  • proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling programs
  • an ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively on multiple tasks
  • a strong sense of design and building technology expertise
  • commitment to and expertise with a high level of sustainable design thinking
  • ability to communicate visually and verbally
  • a professional degree in Architecture

 

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities include contract origination and administration in support of the Principal(s)-in-Charge; project coordination throughout all phases of design and construction, especially construction administration; and tracking insurance coverage and other liability documentation.

Candidates should clearly demonstrate:

  • 2-4 years of applicable professional experience
  • an ability to work collaboratively and support multiple project teams concurrently
  • comfort with learning new or unfamiliar software
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Ajera/Deltek, or Newforma a plus
