Construction cost: $40 K 1998 Boston Preservation Alliance Preservation Award Bruner/Cott & Associates prepared a condition assessment report for the church’s exterior envelope and prioritized repairs. Our design work included masonry and roof repairs, window replacement, structural timber repairs below the granite tower, and plaster repairs. We also designed waterproofing, ventilation, and protective glazing for Tiffany windows. We completed a relocation study for a Hook organ from another church. We also assisted the Church Committee in two grant applications with the Massachusetts Preservation Projects Fund. |
