At the Hamblet Campus Center at St. George’s School, Bruner/Cott was responsible for the final layout of the spaces, all interior materials and finishes, lighting design, food service design, furniture selection, and coordination of a major artwork installation. The design includes a multi-purpose area for major events, a game room, conference room, snack bar/café, and outdoor seating area. The spaces take maximum advantage of the views of the campus playing fields, historic grounds, and the ocean beyond.

The new Center now serves as an informal ‘hang-out’ space for students, provides off-hours food service, and can be quickly adopted to host major events. Direct connections were provided to the adjacent athletic/recreation facility, the arts center, and the nearby outdoor athletic fields.
