These new residence halls will house 116 Lesley University undergraduate students on a site that is part of the campus and Cambridge’s Aggasiz neighborhood. Bruner/Cott worked with the University, neighbor groups, and the City of Cambridge to develop a design that met Lesley’s housing goals and the neighborhood’s objectives for retail and street presence.

The building is designed with Norman brick and clapboard, contextual to the neighborhood. Sustainable features most suited for a dormitory are used, including a valance mechanical system, robust building envelope, and heat-recovering shower drains.
