Our design is sensitive to the existing three-story residential character of the surrounding Franklin, Massachusetts community, and neighboring buildings including a large Victorian mansion that houses administrative offices, and the historic town library. Other site considerations include an eight-foot change in grade and the preservation of a large beech tree, a town landmark. |
