Bruner/Cott designed a new 13-storey building between two 100-year old brick former warehouses. This modern design, using the latest cast-in-place concrete technology, echoes the District’s industrial typology. Many offer extraordinary views of downtown Boston and the harbor, with floor-to-ceiling windows and glazed French doors opening onto private balconies. Each offers wood plank floors, high-end kitchens, and custom wood trim in addition to individual climate control, video security, and high-speed internet. The building also provides basement parking.
