This thirteen-story luxury condominium building is located on a prominent site near Harvard Square on Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge. The development created 53 condominium units with tenant amenities and covered parking. A landscaped deck extends from the rear of the building, providing a rarity in Cambridge – private open space for residents.

The design was developed employing a form that had strong relationships to the five and six-story low-rise buildings as well as the many taller buildings along Massachusetts Avenue. Primary materials for the project were steel frame with concrete plank and brick veneer; and granite and cast stone for the parapets and cornices.
