The challenge at 60 Hickory was to take a 1960s brick office building and turn it into an attractive space for emerging high-tech companies. A completely new building skin made of efficient metal paneling and solar protective glass was added, providing both a sleek façade and maximum daylight and views, all of which are important to cutting-edge companies seeking a modern space.

Existing mechanical infrastructure was replaced with new, highly efficient systems.
